So this is inspired by "Zorro est Arrivé" by Henri Salvadore, which was a take on The Coasters "Along Came Jones", except in this story, the hero is not a shiny cowboy, but a greasy French plumber, Jojo, the "Love Plumber," if there is such a thing...The dark satire and absurdist of the Tripleete de Belleville must have influenced this creation. The beautiful "Bellydancing" section was supposed to feature an opera singer for the mélody but Mark does a phénoménal job on the clarinet. Haitian Master drummer Doudou graced us with his fiery genius.
